Refund policy

WHAT can be returned:

  • Most items that are regularly stocked at Silver's Suspension Australia or are locally available may be accepted for return. 
  • However, items that are special order or items that are ordered from overseas may not be accepted for return and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 
  • Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.

 

RESTOCKING FEES:

  • Items applicable for return will incur a 15% Restocking fee when a refund is required. However, if the customer wishes to opt for a store credit, 100% of the purchase value will be applied to the customer account.  
  • Items that are deemed as “special order” will incur a 20% restocking fee regardless of whether it is being refunded or applied as store credit.
  • If items are returned in any condition other than brand new they may be subject to additional restocking/repackaging fees or may be rejected for return, in which case they will be returned to the customer at their cost. 

 

REFUNDS:

  • Refunds via PayPal, Afterpay or Zip Money will incur the payment gateway fee if the refund is intiated via a return request. These payment providers do not refund their admin fees to Pro Speed Racing Pty Ltd, in the event a customer is refunded and these fees will be deducted from any refund amount.

 

WHEN do items need to be returned:

  • Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to lodge a "Request a Return" with Silver's Suspension Australia.
  • After the "request for return" is approved by Silver's Suspension Australia, and an RMA number is provided, the item will need to be returned within 7 days. 

 

WHERE do items need to be returned:

  • Once "request for return" has been approved by Silver's Suspension Australia customers must arrange for their item(s) to be sent to 1/49 Somersby Falls Road, Somersby NSW 2250. Customers will be supplied with a product return form to include with the item(s).

 

SHIPPING and PACKAGING:

  • All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customers. However, in the event an incorrect item has been sent by Silver's Suspension Australia and associated distribution partners Silver's Suspension Australia will cover return shipping costs.
  • For customer who purchase using the PayPal payment gateway may be eligible for shipping return compensation with PayPal. Please visit PayPal website for more info: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns
  • Customers are more than welcome to return items in person providing that the "request a return" has already been approved by Silver's Suspension Australia.
  • All returns must be in original package unless previously discussed. Packaging that is damaged and in an "unsellable" condition will incur a 20% repackaging fee or may be returned to the customer.

 

EXEMPTIONS from the Silver's Suspension Australia Returns/Refund Policy:

Items may not be subject to the terms and conditions outlined above in the following circumstances:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item was not as described or incorrectly supplied
  • The item was incorrectly listed or misleading
  • The item is no longer available or unavailable for an extended amount of time

In these circumstances Silver's Suspension Australia will not charge any restocking fees or deduct any fees from refunds/credits.

 

NOTES:

Silver's Suspension Australia cannot be held accountable for any additional costs involved outside the original purchase. This includes, but not limited to loss of income, additional transport costs, labour costs or any other costs directly or indirectly associated with the original purchase.
